Mercedes Limousine Service
What’s included with the standard limo service?
Many of our limos in Dallas/Fort Worth will come fully stocked with glassware, napkins, ice and bottled water as part of your limousine rental and of course always, a professional, knowledgeable and courteous chauffeur. Additional upgraded packages are available for weddings, birthdays etc.
What should we bring with us?
Our limos in Dallas-Fort Worth are loaded with state of the art audio/video systems. We recommend that you bring your favorite DVD, CD's or iPod/MP3 player with you to listen to your favorite music. Satellite radio is also available in some of our vehicles. Don’t forget to bring your cameras along to preserve the special memories you will create during your voyage.
Can we drink alcohol in the limousine?
Adults over the age of 21 are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the passenger areas of our limousines. We do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages in our limousines. We do not provide alcoholic beverages and you should plan to bring them with you, or our driver will be happy to stop at the store for you to purchase them.
Limo Service FAQ
No. All of our limos are (non-smoking) vehicles and this is strictly enforced. Our drivers will be happy to stop whenever you want to allow passengers outside for a smoke break, but absolutely no smoking is allowed in the limousines. If passengers smoke in the limousine, we will charge $100.00 (for detailed cleaning) and end the limousine reservation. Please be considerate and don’t smoke in the limousines.
How is the service time calculated?
Your limousine service time begins when we arrive to pick you up, and ends when we drop you off. If you live outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we have longer minimums for limousine reservations and your time still starts when we pick you up. If you prefer, we can charge for travel time instead, but we find most clients prefer to have the full amount of time in the limousine.
What are the chauffeur's duties?
Your chauffeur primary duty is to get you and your guests to your destination safe, smooth and efficiently. Your driver is at your disposal for the entire time of your reservation. They will provide you with their cell phone number while you are at dinner or at an event so you may contact them at any time to come and get you. They will be happy to perform certain errands for you, or go to pick up additional parties if you desire, whether you are in the car or not. We want our guests to be 100% satisfied.
All of our stretch limousines have intercom systems for talking to your chauffeurs during the trip. Also, all drivers carry cell phones so that you can maintain communication for additional pickups throughout the journey.
What if we want more time?
You may continue your limo reservation provided that there are no other reservations that day for that vehicle. Just check with the driver and we will do everything possible to keep the party going.
Why do I have to pay for a limo while we are not in it?
Even though, you may not be in the car physically at all times (such as while attending Cowboy games, dinners or concerts), you will still have to pay for it. When Mercedes Limousine Service rents a limo for 4 hours (for example), the 4 hours belong to you and nobody else. The car will not leave the immediate area and the driver will be on standby to pick you up as soon as you need your car.
According to the latest research 95% of the limousine industry doesn't offer 1-hour rentals. To maintain a high quality of service, we spent 2 to 3 hours on average preparing the car both before and after the rental. Preparations include a thorough detail job both on the inside and the outside of the vehicle, wet bar refills with ice and water, mechanical check up, destination planning and much more. It is simply not efficient for us to rent a limousine for short periods of time.
